RULES TO BE FOLLOWED DURING EXAMS
1. Students must have a photo ID card (Faculty ID card, national ID card, driving licence, passport, etc.) with them during exams. Students without an ID card will not be admitted to the exam.
2. Students must take their seats in accordance with the seating plans displayed on the doors of the classrooms specified in the examination timetable.
3. Students arriving late for the examination will be admitted within the first 15 minutes. Once admitted, students must not leave the examination hall until the attendance register has been signed and for the first 20 minutes of the examination.
4. Students may not keep books, notebooks, lecture notes, etc., under, on top of, or in any other part of the desks in the examination halls. All such items must be kept on the desk or on the radiator grilles within the hall until the end of the examination.
5. Students who leave the examination hall, for whatever reason, will not be permitted to re-enter the hall until the examination has finished.
6. Students must write their first name, surname and Faculty number on the question and answer papers using a ballpoint pen or fountain pen before the exam begins. Pencils are strictly prohibited. The responsibility for providing a ballpoint pen or fountain pen lies with the student. Under no circumstances may pens, erasers, rulers or similar items be exchanged or shared during the exam.
7. Students must comply with all instructions given by invigilators in the examination hall.
8. Students must not bring or keep in their possession any tools such as dictionaries, calculators or slide rules in the examination hall without the permission of the course coordinator.
9. Students who leave the examination hall are prohibited from gathering in the corridors until the end of the examination and from making verbal comments regarding the examination questions until they have left the corridor.
10. Students are prohibited from speaking to invigilators or asking irrelevant questions during the examination.
11. Students are prohibited from looking at another student’s paper, speaking to those around them, or showing their paper during the exam. Any such behaviour will be treated as cheating.
12. Students are prohibited from having a scientific calculator or a pager with them during the exam. Mobile phones must be kept switched off at all times.
13. Students may view their exam results at https://ubys.nevsehir.edu.tr/using their passwords.
