Faculty Management Policy

The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences has adopted the following principles as its Management Policy:

  • Justice: To act fairly and impartially in all administrative processes, in accordance with legal and ethical norms.
  • Transparency: To conduct all administrative processes in a transparent manner, in compliance with legal and administrative regulations, and open to the supervision and scrutiny of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accountability: To use allocated resources effectively, efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the law; and to share financial statements and reports with all stakeholders and the public.
  • Responsibility: To fulfill its responsibilities toward all stakeholders within the framework of legal and administrative regulations, and to stand behind all actions and decisions it undertakes.
  • Participation: To take into consideration the views of all internal and external stakeholders in its administrative and academic activities and to incorporate stakeholders’ abilities and competencies as valuable contributions to administrative processes.
  • Realism: To accept situations and events as they are and to conduct administrative processes based on these realities.
  • Social Responsibility: To prioritize public benefit and environmental awareness in all administrative processes.
These principles have been established as the Faculty’s Management Policy.
